Reviews and Ratings <br />
The hotel is a lovely place with great amenities, but I was left disappointed when the fireplace in our unit wasn't working, which was a big highlight for our winter vacation. The staff was pleasant and helpful, but the lack of certain features lowered my overall experience. The location is fantastic, close to both the slopes and downtown, and the cleanliness of the rooms was a definite plus.
We had an amazing stay with great shuttle services to the mountain every few minutes. The rooms were spacious and clean, perfect for our skiing trip. I loved how convenient it was to get around, but we could have used a bit more ski storage. Overall, it's a great value for a ski vacation with family.
Our stay was mostly enjoyable thanks to the clean and comfortable condo units and the excellent location that was convenient to both the ski mountain and downtown. The staff was attentive and helped us with local dining recommendations. However, we faced a frustrating delay at check-in, which was about an hour and a half late, causing some inconvenience for our group. The lack of elevators also made moving our luggage challenging, especially on the upper floors.
We had a lovely time at the resort, enjoying its rustic charm and spacious accommodations. The location was perfect, close to plenty of activities and amenities. However, we found the service to be a bit lacking, especially with no housekeeping during our stay. While the pools were enjoyable, the lack of air conditioning and an elevator were notable downsides.
Overall, I had a great stay at this resort. The property was clean and well-kept, and the staff was pleasant and quick to assist. However, the check-in process was delayed, which was a bit inconvenient for our large group. The location was fantastic, close to both the mountain and the town, making it easy to explore. The amenities, including the pool and hot tub, were nice touches, but the lack of elevators made it a workout to get to our unit on the second floor.
